Orders & Shipping
What are your shipping fees?
Orders of less than $100 are charged $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.
Orders of $100 or more receive automatic FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide.
Where do Core and Co Brands deliver to?
We currently delivery Australia-wide only.
Orders cannot be delivered to Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Heard Island and McDonald Island.
We do not ship internationally.
What are your delivery time frames?
Your order is processed and shipped within 3 business days. Typical delivery time frames are 2-8 days but is subject to potential delays if there are high rates of orders during peak times by our shipping companies, at the time you placed your order.
Some areas such as WA & NT may need additional 1-3 business days to deliver.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
Overnight and international shipment (Including New Zealand) are currently not available.
Who is your courier service?
We ship all orders through Australia Post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process your order as soon as you make a purchase, so unfortunately we are not able to cancel or process any changes even if it has not yet been shipped. You may return an item to us once you receive your order if you adhere to our return policy.
Why was my order cancelled?
Whilst it doesn’t happen very often, on rare occasions, we may run out of stock before processing your order. If any items on your order are cancelled, you will be refunded to your bank or via your original purchase method.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you allow exchanges?
Please contact Core and Co Brands HERE within 3 days of receiving your Core and Co Brands order to discuss exchange options. Exchanges are made at our discretion and only if items have not been worn, are in original packaging and have original tags still attached. Once an exchange is approved, you will receive instructions about returning an item to our independent retail store (Shop 18 / 99 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland, Queensland).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Exchanges or refunds for items purchased through Core and Co Brands are NOT granted through crocs.com, crocs.com.au or in crocs company stores.
What do I do if I think my shoes are faulty?
We are committed to honouring your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to defective goods. If your product is defective, we will assist you to fix the problem. Please contact us HERE with details about the item defect, and we will then contact you. We may ask you to email us a photograph of the defect to determine the issue or solution.
I received wrong delivery.
Please contact us HERE within 3 days of receiving order and specify your order number, item in order, wrong item received. We will exchange the unused, unopened items to the correct ones.
Can I return items to any crocs company stores?
Crocs outlet and concept stores do not accept any returns for online purchases made via our store Core and Co Brands.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, when return is approved by us, and when item is not deemed faulty. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing from the day the parcel is received. Please contact us HERE within 3 days of receiving your order from Core and Co Brands.

It shows a range of different sizing options and their equivalent measurements and conversion against other countries size options. Our footwear is labelled using the US/AU size option. Contact us HERE for further assistance if needed. We’re happy to help you find the best fit!
If your growing child is between sizes, we recommend going to the next size up.
Do you issue or accept gift cards?
YES, Core and Co Brands offer gift cards that can be used ONLY at coreandcobrands.com.au or at our independent store at Shop 18 / 99 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland, Queensland. Please refer to our GIFT CARD tab on the main menu or CLICK HERE to view and purchase a gift card. You can nominate your desired value (we have options between $10 and $500), enter your recipient name, recipient email address, date you want it emailed to them and add a custom message. Gift sorted!
To use your gift card, simply add desired items to your cart, and then at the checkout, enter your unique code into the field that says 'Discount code or Gift Card' and hit APPLY.
Are crocs made out of plastic?
NO, crocs aren’t made out of plastic. It’s called Croslite. Crocs use a proprietary foam, a closed-cell resin called Croslite, which is soft, springy, and provides shock absorption.
Why is everyone wearing crocs?
Once you’ve tried on crocs, you’ll be hooked. Crocs offer the ultimate in comfort footwear, are super easy to wear, are practical for almost every occasion and almost every outfit. They are lightweight, easy to clean, and offer good ventilation, making them suitable for casual wear, water activities, and some professions.
Crocs are known for their light weight and flexibility, reducing strain on feet and legs.
Roomy Toe Box: The spacious toe box allows toes to move naturally, preventing cramping.
Croslite Material: Crocs use a proprietary foam, a closed-cell resin called Croslite, which is soft, springy, and provides shock absorption.

Non-Slip Soles: The non-slip soles offer good traction, reducing the risk of slips and falls. Models with straps can be work with the straps toward the front, or move back to the back of the ankle, also known widely as ‘sports mode’.

When should I retire my old pair and get a new pair of crocs?
If the tread on the soles of your crocs has has started to wear down, and/or parts of the traction tread grip patterns are missing, it's time to treat your self to a new pair. Making sure the tread us still intact and functional is important to avoid slipping on wet or slippery surfaces.
Crocs Care Instructions
Does high heat affect my crocs?
To keep your Crocs in good condition, you will want to avoid leaving them where they will be exposed to heat or sun, such as a washing machine, dish washer, near an open campfire, or inside a hot car, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp.
Are crocs easy to clean?
Caring for your Crocs is super easy. Refer to methods below for cleaning crocs in their various different types of materials.
Classic Crocs (proprietary closed-cell resin, known as Croslite) - clean by hand washing them with cold water and a mild soap.
Metallic Leather Crocs - clean gently with a soft rubber sponge or slightly damp cloth. Use a leather cream to restore shine and a protector spray to repel water.
Smooth Napa Leather - remove dust and dirt with a damp cloth. Use a cotton brush to apply a natural waxy shoe cream or wax. Apply slowly in spiral manner.
Patent Leather Crocs can be gently wiped off with a clean damp cloth or use a professional product which had been designed to clean patent leather. Never use harsh chemicals such as alcohol, detergent or liquid, they will remove the shine and lustre from your shoes.
PU Wedges and heel material - a damp cloth should remove most dust and dirt. Avoid solvent cleaners wherever possible as these may destroy the glue used to bond the sole.
Suede and Lambs Wool Crocs - clean upper gently with soft plastic brush, gentle wool protector solution, spray with a water resistance spray.
Leather Crocs - clean gently with a humid cloth or brush. Apply waxy shoe cream and polish/brush with soft brush, cotton or wool cloth to a natural lustre.
Elastic/Stretch Material - Clean gently with humid cloth or soft rubber.
