What are your shipping fees?

Orders of less than $200 are charged $15 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.

Orders of $200 or more receive automatic FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide.

EXPRESS POST OPTION NOW ADDED at $35 per order Australia-wide.

 

Where do Core and Co Brands deliver to?

We currently offer delivery Australia-wide only. 

Orders cannot be delivered to Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Australian Antarctic Territory, Heard Island and McDonald Island.

We do not ship internationally.

 

What are your delivery time frames?

Your order is processed and shipped within 3 business days. Typical delivery time frames are 2-8 days but is subject to potential delays if there are high rates of orders during peak times by our shipping companies, at the time you placed your order.

Some areas such as WA & NT may need additional 1-3 business days to deliver.

Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Overnight and international shipment (Including New Zealand) are currently not available.

EXPRESS POST OPTION NOW ADDED and delivery times are as advertised by Australia post's express post option to your region (1-4 days, subject to Australia Post delivery advice).

 

Who is your courier service?

We ship all orders through Australia Post.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as you make a purchase, so unfortunately we are not able to cancel or process any changes even if it has not yet been shipped. You may return an item to us once you receive your order if you adhere to our return policy.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Whilst it doesn’t happen very often, on rare occasions, we may run out of stock before processing your order. If any items on your order are cancelled, you will be refunded to your bank or via your original purchase method.
